Terms of Service
By accessing and using the Nick's Fabrics website you agree to be bound by all of the below terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to visit this page regularly to review any changes made. We reserve the right to delete or change content on our website at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service or access to this website and/or accounts at our sole discretion. If at any time you believe you do not agree with part or all of these terms and conditions, we ask that you please do not use this website.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Once a fabric has been cut we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you believe a product you have received is faulty or flawed, please get in touch via our website Contact page or pop in store to see us. If, after investigation, we also deem the product unfit we will work together with you to remedy the situation. Claims on faulty or flawed products must be lodged within 14 days of you receiving your order. For this reason we ask that all orders, whether purchased in store or online, are inspected as soon as they are received.
Fabric Care
Please purchase enough fabric to allow for shrinkage if you suspect, or our team suggests, that the particular fabric may experience some shrinkage. All fabrics are sold by the full metre, at this stage we do not sell fabric in any lower increments on our website. We do not accept returns if a fabric you have ordered online is different to what you expected (see Online Imagery and Pricing below). In the unlikely event that you mistakenly receive a product that is not what you ordered, please get in touch with us ASAP to have this issue amended. Please follow the care instructions suitable for your particular fabric/s outlined in our Fabric Care page.
Online Imagery and Pricing
We have attempted as best we can to accurately depict the colours, scale, texture, grain and weight of all products shown on our website. These factors may vary on individual devices and monitors. If you are feeling uncertain about a particular fabric for any reason, we suggest ordering a fabric sample before committing to the full meterage you require. We do not offer any form of return or remedy if you ignore this suggestion and proceed with an order you in turn claim to be unsatisfied with. Prices outlined are as stated and on the rare occasion may differ from a price stated in store. We do our utmost to liaise between our in store and web staff to ensure this does not happen. If you discover a product listed at a price you know to differ from in store, please let us know - however all prices are firmly as stated, whether full price or discounted and we do not offer reimbursement or refunds for this reason. All prices listed on fabric is per metre, and notions per unit.
Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure all products shown online are in stock and available for purchase. If, for any reason, a product you have ordered becomes unavailable or no longer in stock in the time between you placing your order and before we mange to fulfil your order, we will be in touch with you to discuss either substituting your selected product or, in the case that we cannot offer a substitute, to offer a store credit or refund.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
If a delivery cannot be made by our courier for any reason, e.g. no person was at the provided address at the time of attempted delivery, they may leave a card to call. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel or to arrange redelivery. Please visit our Shipping page for more information.
Privacy
We only collect your personal information for business purposes, e.g. to ensure we have all correct details required to send your order. The personal details you give are safe and will not be used for any other purpose. If you are unable for any reason to provide your personal details, your order will not be fulfilled or completed. By using this website and providing your personal details you are responsible for providing correct, true and current information that belongs to you, as the website requires for order fulfilment or subscriptions. If we find reason to believe that any information you provide is not correct, true or current and may not belong to you, including any form of payment used to complete a sale, we reserve the right to terminate the sale and if applicable, the account used to make the false purchase, and to prevent any further use of this website by you.
